Title of Position – Restaurant Captain

Job Description: The Restaurant Captain has responsibility for our operation when they’re on duty, from supervising staff to ensuring happy customers and product quality. Qualifications:

High volume experience in a fast-paced environment for 3+ years as a Restaurant Captain is a must for this position.
A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Captain must possess.
The Restaurant Captain must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things.
Strong Back of House experience a plus
